Important Notice

1. Each regular registration allows for a maximum of six pages, inclusive of all figures, tables, and references. Any additional pages beyond the limit will incur extra charges..

2. If you have registered with one or more additional papers, please note that only one proceeding will be provided per registration.

3. It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted final paper to pre-register for the event.

4. To complete the registration process, we require the following documents: a) the final paper, b) a signed copyright form, c) a filled registration form, and d) proof of payment. Please submit these documents to iccre@vip.163.com.

5. In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend for any reason, they may arrange for a substitute attendee from among their co-authors or individuals from the same institute/organization. Please coordinate with the registrar for this substitution.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

 Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 30% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

ICCRE is unable to provide refunds or compensation for individuals who are unable to attend the conference due to circumstances classified as "personal reasons." These circumstances may include travel complications, visa complications, health issues, financial difficulties, and other similar situations.
